Tree Inventory and Health Monitoring Along a Pipeline Easement

Geodatabase development, GIS map production, and onsite construction observation for a forest inventorying and high value tree health monitoring study along a water reclamation and sewer pipeline construction easement. Project performed for Orange Water and Sewer Authority and NC Botanical Gardens (SGS was subcontractor). Forest mensuration measurements performed over several years prior to construction. The deliverable geodatabase houses mensuration data and links to tree images and provides a baseline dataset for analysis of potential impacts of the construction project to the health of the study trees.
